Making Appointments

All 1:1, private behavioral support appointments should be requested digitally with Ashley's Animal Academy through Acuity Scheduling. 
All group classes are "drop in" and you do NOT have to pre-register, but it is encouraged so I know you are attending.

Payment Policies

Payments must be made in full when pre-registering for a class or booking a private appointment.

If you are dropping in to a class, payment is due in full on the day of attendance.

Holiday Policies

​Training services will not be conducted on these holidays. 

New Year's Day
Easter
Independence Day
Christmas Eve
Christmas Day
New Year's Eve

Cancellation and Schedule Change Policies

Due to the drop in nature of our classes, there is no limitation on cancellations for group sessions. Come to as many or as few as you'd like with no commitment.

For 1:1 private behavioral support sessions, cancellations must be done a minimum of 24 hours prior to the appointment unless cancellation is due to severe weather or a death (or other serious illness) in the family. 

If you must reschedule your training session for any reason, a 24 hour notice is recommended but not required. All rescheduled sessions will be moved to the next available Sunday time slot.

Keep in mind these spots are limited and may not be available for several weeks.
