Payment PoliciesPayments must be made in full when booking your appointment. |
Cancellation and Schedule Change PoliciesAll cancellations must be done a minimum of 72 hours prior to the first visit unless cancellation is due to severe weather or a death (or other serious illness) in the family. If you must reschedule your training session for any reason, a 24 hour notice is recommended but not required. All rescheduled sessions will be moved to the end of your package. Holiday PoliciesTraining services will not be conducted on noticed holidays. |
