Making Appointments
All appointments should be requested digitally with Ashley's Animal Academy through your Precise Pet Care login.
NEW CLIENTS: To schedule an appointment for your pet with Ashley's Animal Academy, please register here to schedule an appointment. After the initial assessment and intake paperwork are completed, appointments can be scheduled.
Typical Request Period for Services*:
All visits require at LEAST 7 days of advanced notice prior to booking in order to properly assign sitters to your visits.
Appointments requested the week of (less than 7 days in advance) will be subject to a $10 visit fee if we are able to find coverage for it. This fee is only applied if the appointment is confirmed.
*These request periods are estimates based on how far they are usually booked in advanced. The sooner you can book the better!

Payment PoliciesPayments must be made on or prior to your service in order to guarantee your booking and avoid a late fee. A 15% late fee will go into effect 5 days after the due date. You still have up to 72 hours prior to your appointment to cancel, unless due to sickness, death in the family or severe weather. Should you pay ahead of that window and need to cancel 72 hours in advance, you will have the choice to receive a full refund or a full credit towards a future service. Should you cancel less than 72 hours in advance (unless due to sickness, death in the family, or severe weather), you will have the choice of a 75% refund or a full credit to your account. This includes returning home early and cancelling a visit/visits. Ongoing walking or sitting appointments can be invoiced weekly or monthly with payments due on the first service date of the week or month. |
Cancellation and Schedule Change PoliciesAll cancellations must be done a minimum of 72 hours prior to the first visit unless cancellation is due to severe weather or a death (or other serious illness) in the family. Late cancellation fee: 20% of total invoice We cannot guarantee that schedule changes or modifications will always be able to be accommodated. There will be no fee recalculation for late departure or early return. We cannot guarantee last minute appointment availability. Please attempt to make request sooner than 24 hours in advance. Holiday PoliciesAshley's Animal Academy will only accept reservations for training-walk services on noticed holidays. Training services will not be held on noticed holidays. Holiday surcharge: $10 |
